Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef, 4 oz patties after seasoning; 1 tbsp salt; 2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tsp onion powder; 2 tsp paprika; Divide into 4 oz balls. Top off with American cheese or any cheese you’d like.; 2 lbs russet potatoes; 1 tbsp oil; Wash, rinse and peel potatoes. Cut into whatever shape you like. Dip into ice water for 10 minutes. Rinse water until it runs clear to remove starch. Dry thoroughly. Season with oil and seasonings. Air fry 375F for 20 mins, shaking every 5 min.; 1/2 mayo; 1/2 tbsp ketchup; 1 tsp yellow mustard; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1 tsp sweet relish; 1 tbsp pickle juice; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper; Lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions & pickles.
